    I am horrified that the seller would not have indicated the rust spots and pitting around the base and hand lever of these stools. There’s nothing in the description talking about the corrosion that absolutely ruins the look of these items. I would never have purchased them had any idea how corroded they are- pictures attached

    Gentilissimi utenti. Nella descrizione dell’oggetto c’era chiaramente scritto che le parti cromate presentavano difetti e screpolature. Cosa dovevo dichiarare più di questo. A mio parere l’acquirente non ha letto la descrizione. Non mi ha contattato per trovare nessuna soluzione, ne per una eventuale restituzione. Ha scritto il feedback negativo e basta. Io l’ho dichiarato nella descrizione dell’oggetto. In più ho fatto una spedizione professionale ed impeccabile. Che dire! Pazienza!

    Bought the item, and after 6 days he asked if I could give more money for shipping. He then said it was damaged and immediately cancelled the order even though I said he could send photos of the damaged item so I could see if I still wanted it.

    Buongiorno a tutti gli utenti. Il motivo per cui ho annullato l’ordine è perché mi sono accorto che due oggetti avevano un difetto. Ho fatto solo un favore all’acquirente rimborsandolo immediatamente. Dovevo spedirli in America per poi avere una contestazione e oltre al rimborso pagare due volte le spese di spedizione???!!! Mi sono scusato ma non è bastato. Credo di aver agito onestamente. Questo è l’unico feedback negativo in 20 anni che sono in eBay. Cerco sempre di fare il meglio sempre.
