    The seller was very helpful in explaining the functionality of the probe and touch plate. The original description said the devices would have normally open switches but it turned out they had normally closed outputs. After making this adjustment in my setup the probe and touch plated worked as expected but exhibited contact bounce. I added software debouncing to my CNC software and they now work perfectly and measurements are very consistent.
