    Alors non, cela n'a pas été exprimé de manière aussi explicite. Mais proposer au client de faire un renvoi suivi à ma charge à quelques jours de l'estimation, pour solutionner un litige, et recevoir cette réponse : "ne renvoyez rien sinon je vous laisse une évaluation négative" ne laisse que peu de doute quand au fait que le client, qui a besoin précisément de cette pièce, l'a - peut-être - éventuellement reçu ? Sinon il s'en tiendrait à la solution de renvoi sans avoir à débourser 1 centime.
