- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchasethe red ball worked perfectly on my 2001 montero sport XLS hard to change, I heated up the shifter and drove the pin out. then put the pin in the freezer for 2 hours then put the ball in the housing, then carefully drove the pin in, because It was in the freezer it was easy to tap it in.
