Then cut open the box form this company and immediately called me to let me know the part was not new . They had no choice but to use the part as I needed my truck.. I contacted the company and they gave me two choices.. send it back for an exchange or a refund.. I asked for a partial refund since I had to use the part .. at which point they stopped communicating
