      I bought a Ryzen Cpu that arrived dead, it was a nightmare to diagnose as I had no parts available. won't bother asking for a refund.Shall not trust again as there is no quality control before shipping.

      All our CPUs are tested before being sent but there is a very small chance of them getting fried with static on the supply chain due to exposure to scanners and other equipment used in the trip. I offer a warranty on all my products and this customer had failed to contact me to resolve the issue. We will always ensure that if the product you receive is not working or up to standard that there is an easy and simple way to replace it or return it for a refund. Never hesitate to contact us.
