1908 record of Glinka's song for bass and orchestra (to his own words, apparently) portraying Napoleon's ghost, sung by Vladimir Kastorsky of the Mariinsky Theatre whose career extended over nearly fifty years. A very sound copy and apparently a first-stamper pressing. A fine offering from an experienced and reliable vendor whose packing is exemplary. Many thanks!
