Considering that the deck travelled from the UK to the US, it was prepared and shipped relatively quickly (in about two weeks). The only thing that I wish was improved is the packaging quality, as the corners of the deck wound up slightly scratched. However, the deck remained structurally undamaged. It takes a bit of work to drill the holes but once completed, the treadmill becomes more robust and quiet.

We always recommend to use the original deck as a template to drill holes and make any additional small inset cuts to the new deck to ensure everything lines up exactly with your machines mounting points. This is because we have seen even with the same makes and models, slight size and hole placement differences due to different years/country of manufacture.
