The seller promised to mentioned on the package that it is a gift but he didn't and I had to pay almost same value of the product tax. Therefore I rejected the package.

Dear Sir, I would like to say that you are making false claims.Before you ordered the product we were in contact via email. In the emails I advised you that you may be liable for duty and tax. This was also clearly stated in my product description. Furthermore, you accepted the parcel and you have certainly not returned it. I always try my upmost to provide quality products and service to all of my customers. In your case I tried my upmost , but I suppose I can't please everyone.
