At first I thought it was the batteries but when I switched them for a brand new pair the it still wasn’t working which lead me to believe it got damaged in shipping. Finally when I contacted the seller for help, he without hesitation sent me a new replacement at no cost. Amazing! And even better, the second one shipped faster than the first! Very happy custmer
