    Platform fit on an original fire pole easily. However it doesn't work as well as it does in the video demonstration but it does work by hand. No complaints about the item it's very well done. Shipping was a little slow but that's not a huge deal. Overall the item is good and it arrived only a day later than the latest original estimate.

    Please be advised this 3d printed part is made for the original pole spec. It is tested before being shipped out and its made at the same spec that it is showned on the video. If you are using a 3d printed pole I can't guarantee it will work the same as the original . Did you check to see if your pole is warped ? Make sure pole is clean and free from dust makes a huge difference. Shipping has a handling time . Weekends are not business days . Thank you
