The items were crammed into a box that was way too thin, so the box was bulged out and the items were all smashed together. This resulted in scuff marks on the items that could have easily been avoided if proper packaging would have been used. I had to waste time filming opening the box in case there was damage. I was shocked that the items weren't completely broken.
