The light is lightweight, looks great and is easy to install, it is bright but doesn't hurt the eyes and doesn't get hot. An excellent light that is a great value and has the plants doing very well. I purchased it to extend the growing season when the weather started getting too cold to keep plants outside. All plants are still flowering and producing and a seedling is doing well too! I had to re-engineer the how the pullies could easily lower and raise the light unit. It's functionality is better now.. The overall condition of the Boost Light is great!. Perfect for my seedling stages. The PAR is great for this stage. I expect good results from this unit. The price was reasonable. Everything came very secure and beautiful in the package. I think the investment is worth it.
