With partial refund (almost 2 weeks waiting), okayish now. Remaining issue: JunOS detects 1 fan spinning at full speed and the rest at normal, but when in fact they spin all at normal speed. Depending on your location you will get cheaper fans when you have to fiddle with the pinout either way.
