Absolutely rubbish! Not fast charger at all, it takes over 5 hours to charge my phone. When I ask for refund they wanted me to return this rubbish first and place an order for a new one!!!! I do not want another one, I want my money back!!!

I ordered a plug as mine wasn't working and I needed urgently. placed the order and it didn't turn up on the estimated delivery date. I had to buy one from tesco. It turned up after 2 days of the estimated delivery date which I went to post office and sent it back straight away and sent the picture of my post receipt to the seller!! Who sent me message saying I'll refund you when I receive it! It's been 8 days now and still nothing! Honestly all the process has been such a joke!!!
