I contacted the seller and received disrespectful communication, and no acceptable resolution. I am confused that there is no option to provide feedback on communication or postage costs - the feedback I have options to provide are only for item description and postage time. There is comment stating the seller automatically receives 5 stars for other areas (communication and postage costs). as there don’t apply to the transaction which in my experience these most certainly apply.

Funny how you dont mention the fact that you told us to give you something other than what was listed on your order and what you selected or you would give negative feedback. You refused to accept you made a mistake and You refused to accept the literal dictionary definition of the word 'peice' and proceeded with your failed attempt at extortion anyway, despite the fact that we offered you a very generous discount. You should be kicked off ebay- this conduct is unconscionable.
