Visor came in & straight out of the packaging was scratched around and had the tint peeling/chipping off in multiple areas. I reached out to the seller in hopes of at least getting an exchange or a discount on another item but was ignored on the matter and just told how to clean it “properly” even after I had already mentioned that it came that way. Was really excited for this. Few weeks later it’s already a huge mess. Wasted money… pictures when I got it and 1 from just a few weeks later

We sent a reply on May 8th and May 10th. We were waiting to hear back. We reached out to the customer twice. The item has a warranty and could be replaced. We needed to confirm details for a replacement & return instructions.
