      extremely rude when i asked a question which Ebay suggested. the message was direct and had all the details. they assumed i was stupid and said no without fully reading the detailed message. then preceded to reply with "whats your problem". wasn't professional in anyway thru the process or communication and could careless from my perspective. after all i was just buying one item. if they had read the message in its entirety they would have understood i was asking about additional purchases

      We have never in 20+ years asked any person 'what's your problem.' This person's question was very simple and required a simple 'Yes, product works for your vehicle.' His email to us on the other hand was completely rude & out of control as though he thought he was talking to an AI. Completely unnecessary. We actually tried to block him before he could buy, but it was too late. Before we even shipped, we knew this was going to be the outcome. My guess, is he is related to one of our competitors.
