I'm greatly disappointed in Kathy and her boss. I bought over five sets of pieces of jewelry for almost $5000 from them however, I requested to return this last one because of the clip issue I did not like. They refused to accept my return for exchange. I don't recommend them to anyone because they don't appreciate long-time patronized customers.

I TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WITH THIS CUSTOMER, THE ITEM SHE PURCHASED AT THE TIME WAS ON SALE AND HAD A 60% DISCOUNT.THE CUSTOMER WANTED A MORE EXPENSIVE ITEM TO MAKE A SWITCH. SHE ALSO KNOWS WE HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY. I MADE A N EXCEPTION BECAUSE WE DID BUSINESS BEFORE. SHE HAD THE JEWELRY FOR 30 DAYS BEFORE CONTACTING ME. KATHY
