- s***r (6)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseI had to collect package at FedEx warehouse because thete was a delay in Customs vat and ROD fees, of which the fees were paid upon notification of the amount, but updating status and making efforts to deliver was not prioritized. Evdn though i have paid seller to enable him to ship with Fedex Ecpress 3 to 5 days service, but eventually i would have gotten package by Tuesday 4th May if i fidnt collect it myself on the 3rd May. Fortunately the Fedex warehouse is about 35min away from my house.
