    The manual arrived quickly within 4 ½ business days of placing the order. The manual was packaged with a double-layer cardboard stiffener and two layers of bubble wrap for protection. The outer envelope was stamped with “DO NOT BEND” labels. The external labels were obeyed and the manual was not bent and arrived in the same excellent condition as it was sent.
