    These were sent in a very thin envelope with no protection. I paid extra freight for 2 of, and still sent cheapest freight - as a letter. Also was surprised there was no Shimano packaging, Unsurprisingly one was warped when I installed them. I complained to the seller but got one response not addressing the issue, then no further communications. I'm leaving negative feedback due to both poor packaging and poor communication. I should have known better than to buy the cheapest option for the part
