It was a challenge + took awhile to clean some areas. this should have been noted when the table was disassembled for shipping and a message about this/a small discount refunded would have been appreciated. The seller was very nice until I reached out about how dirty the table was; she then responded in a way that showed how little she cared. I explained that I did not focus on cleaning the table while taking it apart for shipping and apologized. I did send a refund for excess postage paid. I do indeed care about my buyers, my products and my service. I am sorry that the buyer did not come to me with their lingering concerns or reply to my apology message. The used table was in great shape despite what the buyer told me about needing to be cleaned.
