    Like others have said, this is a small size, not regular. My head is 57 cm, this is 46cm normal and 56cm fully stretched so its uncomfortable. See photos attatched. It's also baggy on the top of the head so if you pull it down to take out the spare material it sits below your eyes. It looked good on ebay and lots are ordering but if your head is around 56cm you'll find this far too tight. Quality seems ok, stitching seems ok but sizing is wrong, maybe just a bad batch.
