When receiving item, the packaging was badly damaged. The light fitting was bent ( which I managed to straigjhten.) I am dismayed at the service. Perhaps Royal Mail is the more proficient and reliable service provider to customers. My review is based on fact and experience. I wonder why this app does not allow me to to proceed to a one star rating ???
