Due to the extensive photography and descriptions of my timepieces there should be know reason for any of my customers to feel the need to request a return (if you are unsure of what you are purchasing then I recommend contacting me prior to purchase or coming to view the watch physically). This refund policy only applies if a watch arrives and it is grossly mis-described. The 14 day period is for the watch to be physically returned to me, you must alert me to any problems within 3 days of receiving the item. All watches are checked and tested through quality control before posting. If there is a minor fault with the watch then you must allow me to have it check by my professional watchmaker. If the watch is not returned in the same condition it was sent or has parts missing then I am within my rights to deduct an amount from the total refund that is inline with the diminished value. If a watch is as a 'Gift' and you are unsure if the person will like the watch please contact us before purchase to confirm the potential of exchange or refund.
