The mirror appears like it was worth $23, but cannot compete with genuine Toyota mirror. The seller didn’t provide instructions for installing it but I didn’t expect them to (thats what Utube is for). The mirror came with strong double sided (2 inches long) adhesive tape. It was easy to tape the mirror back to the car. The mirror did not come with plastic backing.
