    New condition, took a while to arrive, great value compared to Good Feet, they are firm - but OK. I didn't like the shape at the heel, so I trimmed them and they didn't cut smooth, better to sand, but if you decide to, I suggest buying one, or two sizes, longer because they are shorter than Good Feet.

    Add arch support underneath insoles of your choosing, with out causing pain to the arch. Needs to be properly glued to the insole or shoe or it will move around. If it is not completely under the arch it will feel uncomfortable under your heel. And fail to properly support your arch.
