      The genuine retro real leather case for my phone (wallet cover, slim) has exceeded expectations, and the customer service was excellent.

      Two days after delivery, my leather phone case failed, the plastic phone shell separated from the leather wallet. I filed a complaint and seller responded, suggesting that I should glue separated parts together again. I refused to do that and insisted on full refund + return of the item back to seller, at their expense. I had to escalate the matter to eBay Customer Service for resolution. After several days and due to the seller's lack of communication, eBay Customer Service refunded my money.
