    we have a large warehouse with thousands of items. We could not find the instrument. ai had our warehouse staff meticulously look for it for almost a week. We had no record of it being sold so we thought it had to be some where. We were wrong. We THOUGH we were doing the customer a service by looking EVERYWHERE. I guess some customers just do not understand how a business of our size operated.
