the core sampler it self is well constructed , but it is not functional with the end plug stopper ! it is very soft mushy material and leaks badly every time you draw a sample . i have been in the septic business for 40 years ! i bought this sampler because of the union connections to assemble and disassemble . exited to use it on my next inspection and was appalled that the valving leaked and was unable to get a true sample after many times trying . it is apparent that there is no quality cont

This buyer never contacted me before leaving his feedback and won't respond to messages to figure out his issue. I am rather perplexed by his feedback since no one else has ever reported having the issue he is reporting with thousands of units sold. The stopper is not "very soft", it is actually quite firm, but it does have some flex so it can make a good seal with the milled end of the Septic Checker. He mentions "no quality control", yet we have never had one returned due to any issue.
