    Can't fault the customer service of this business. First attempt was lost in the post. Replacement was sent but appeared to be lost again. It's finally turned up weeks later today along with the replacement order I put in a couple of days ago (you can see by the printed labels that they were posted ages ago too). KORUMA did their upmost to get the parcel here on time, but were let down by the postal service. Cannot fault KORUMA at all. Excellent customer service
