I had to request the item be refunded but instead of responding to my request, they shipped the item anyways. Absolutely zero communication and would not respond to my messages. This is exactly the type of sellers that needs to get kicked off of eBay.Reply from: rebuildmastertech- Feedback replied by seller rebuildmastertech.- Feedback replied by seller rebuildmastertech.After numerous Ebay msgs the buyer finally paid the core deposit & we were able to ship the item on 2/10/23. On 2/13/23 the buyer opened an "Item Not Rec'd" case on Ebay well after the part had shipped & tracking info was provided. Ebay, of course, closed the case in our favor. There was never any request from the buyer to cancel the order or request a refund. The buyer caused his own delay by not reading the listing and lying about it is quite unprofessional, we will be reporting this feedback.
