    I found the seller very slow to reply as I reported that the phone was faulty since the zero button did not work and this was reported as soon as I received the phone .This was on a friday but heard nothing until monday . The seller then said they had attempt to refund me but could not via PayPal in the end I contacted Ebay and they sorted the problem out . If the phone had been tested before shipping non of this would have happen so test before you ship .
