I asked for an exchange and was told I needed to place a new order and send the flawed one back. Was told to pay for shipping and Mark would reimburse me which he DID NOT!!! And refuses to answer my messages. I answered all his email questions. Custom bought the part again with other parts, gave combined shipping refund. Don't know what we could have done any better.
