Ordered paid @ Sep 8, waiting for 3 weeks still not shipped yet, during the time, call 3 times. seller said the parts is under rebuild process. no ETA available nor any information, last call, seller refund and not given any reason nor talking, just refund and hung up the phone. had ordered the Right Air Shock from the seller 2 times already, 1st one last about 3 years, 2nd shock only about 2 years, poorly quality . but good value, prepare for do it over and over again. won't buy again.

Good morning, we have no records of any phone calls and no one would have just hung up. Your previous order for a front strut was on 7/5/17 & you ordered a set of rears on 2/21/21 (there were no orders for any replacements). You have had the front one on the car for over 5 years now. That said, you do have a lifetime warranty so you can always have them replaced, there was no need to purchase anything else on Ebay. Please contact our warranty team and they will be happy to assist you.
