I was sent the wrong model of ink. I lost a business project depending on the correct model was not sent. 😠😠 I must wait ten days for a return label. I had to order from another supplier I trusted 2x the amount of items. I never want be caught up again in a bait and switch scam that happens now with a lot of these online companies. They take your money and send wrong product.
