We appreciate that the buyer is new to ebay but we suggest that for future purchases the buyer contact sellers prior to purchase to determine whether all of the buyer's special requirements can be satisfied.

Reason for this is that the BIOS battery is soldered-on but completely dead so the board requires repairs before it can actually be tested and used: The BIOS setup won't even let you make any changes (just hangs) without a battery. Also it isn't complete becasuse the ISA riser card is missing so this requires sourcing that from elsewhere. Shipping cost was the actual cost, a large additional cost was the VAT tax in the Buyer's country but, of course, we have no control over that. -- Also, buyer left identical feedback AT THE SAME TIME for another seller. -- We think that after the buyer gets it all figured out that he will be satisfied with the purchase.
