I wound them on my original Olivetti 45 spools (the metal ones) and it works like a dream. Pro tip for all of you out there with Olivettis -- DO NOT throw out your original metal spools! It's an extra step to wind the ribbon on manual each time, but trust me, it's worth it and will bring the best out of this ribbon.
