    The DVD Hard Drive caddy arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. I have one complaint with the product. The hole to screw the caddy to the computer is much smaller than the original DVD caddy. So I had to drill a larger hole, and the piece became disconnected in the process, quite a hassle! After connecting caddy to the computer, I saw a small screw I could have used ---- perhaps manufacturer can include a leaflet with instructions, it would have saved me the trouble! :)
