As described. I have to say that I emailed the company as I hadn’t received my order when placed (5 days) to which I had a response in a matter of minutes. (I was at fault as I didn’t read the notice on the item being sold that stated they were away until a certain date). And to their credit they sent the item out (royal mail 24) and I received it the next day!! They didn’t have to do this as it was my incompetence that was at play here.
