I do not know how the item was damaged (most likely USPS), but the seller refunded my purchase. Although I did not receive the item in a useable way, the seller had to take time out to answer my q's and track the package (something was up with USPS). The seller was out time and a sale due to this transaction, so I'm not going to flame the seller. These things happen from time to time. Hopefully seller will recoup from USPS.

Puts a full size ticket by itself with no protection in a bubble bendable envelope. Asked to pack for no damage and that's what I recieved. Took picture when a huge crease was in picture hidden, and not described either and was totally bendable. Would no take back until ebay got involved.
