    This company has such great customer service! I thought that this level of responsiveness was extinct. Not so! I bought an open box AmScope. The flourescent ring light only lasted four hours. I reached out to the company, fully expecting a snarky reply due to the product being an open box. Not so! I sent a text at quitting time on Friday, expecting a Monday reply.
