    Big C belies the convention of giving 5 stars for merely acceptable service, as it gives no room to quantify the excellence of my experience with them. I ordered on the Saturday before a bank holiday and got the shipping notification first thing on Tuesday, and the bag itself, thanks to Royal Mail, on Wednesday. Not only was it exactly as the detailed photos had shown, but had been freshly conditioned and carefully packed, plastic-free. I would give 10 stars if I could.
