    The pics posted in the description did NOT match the item sent. I contacted the seller and she was extremely rude and said the item was not returnable. The pics posted did not match what was sent. I contacted Ebay and agreed to a partial refund mainly because the seller was harassing me to return the item even though Ebay said not to. I even shared the response from Ebay and seller kept insisting I return the items. She threatened to report me to Ebay and I told her Ebay was aware.

    It's amazing what some people will do to try and get something for nothing. Item was exactly as described was shipped quickly and packed well. Ebay made the decision on the outcome of this return not I. A flaw in the return process that affects both sellers and buyers in a bad way. Sorry for the way it was handled and the end result !
