Best of all, the item arrived is better than new condition. I’ve attached pictures that were taken before I washed or rinsed the item. Take note of the filter that’s resting in the basket. It looked new! The scoop is also pictured. I’m impressed and highly recommend this seller👍

Upon opening the box the mug was indeed very well protected with both bubble wrap, and kraft paper. Shipping took some time, but it wasn't intended as Christmas gift, so it isnt that big of a deal. Value is of course a relative thing, I chose to make the purchase, so ipso facto I saw a value in it. The mug was exactly as the seller described it.
