    The charger did not come in the original Tesla packaging and was missing the quickstart guide with QR code to commission the charger. The seller was consulted and they responded quickly with instructions on where the info is labeled on the charger allowing me to successfully commission the charger. This is an out of box item, which was not noted in the advertisement. Except for that, I would rate a 5 star.

    Took a few days to ship but arrived undamaged and as described. However, the charger was still registered under someone else's account, which required about a day of back and forth with Tesla to resolve. During this time the seller did not respond to my request to help unregister it - so either they didn't prep/communicate well or they sold a used item as "brand new".
