    UPS sucked, but everything with the seller went great! Great product, great condition, great value and (thankfully) great packaging. I will complain about UPS here though so hopefully the seller can see if multiple customers had problems with them. They changed the delivery date from 1 to 2 days after the original delivery date 3 separate times just to deliver it the initial day. The package came extremely dented and I was genuinely worried about the laptop. Laptop worked though, so thank you!
