    The mugs are almost pristine. Better than described. I very much appreciate the attention to the packing. Each mug was wrapped individually in bubble wrap. Then they were double boxed with lots of packing between the 2 boxes. No complaints about shipping costs when this kind of effort is put into packing. Kudos! I had a set of these when I was married to my ex-wife. The sentimental value is all of the cups of hot chocolate with my daughter. Thank you.
