Item was used but was in very good condition. Very pleased with this transaction as the price was under $10 and these cases were very expensive when new. I would use these guys again in fact I ordered another case from them for another one of my surface I have a surface 3 which is a 10 inch and I have a surface 7 which is a 12.3 . The item was defective, yet the seller offered no real solution. I tried to work it out, but this experience was disappointing.
